I purchased a Red Sea Reefer 200 G2+ and have heard that the vales are very noisy to the point where I have seen videos of folks replacing it with a gate valve. Any Red Sea owners that can verify this concern (noisy/hard to dial in) valve?
I had one that seemed like it needed constant adjustment. Eventually found out my return pump was being too variable and replaced it with a variable DC model. Solved my issue.
