Red Spot Sailing Benny Chasing Its Tail

I have this guy in QT. He has been in the tank for almost 2 weeks. He has been eating well and not showing any issues. Today I watched him look around and start spinning in circles like a dog chasing his tail. I have never seen this behavior before. Anyone have any insight or seen similar things?

My 6-line wrasse does the same thing. I dont know why though. Wondering why as well.

On a positive note the blue sided fairy wrasse is doing fine. On a bit of a downer, the sailing continued chasing his tail for a total of 3 hours and then died. No ammonia in the QT. I'll be watching the wrasse closely.
