So, I'm new to reefing and working on my first reef tank. I'd like to bring the family to the event. What can I expect? Are there good equipment deals to be had? Should I hold of on purchases in case there are better options there? Is my wife going to murder me for spending too much money?

They have a lot of different vendors displaying their products, but not a ton of selection to buy from. Price won't be much cheaper than outside, but you get to see all the nice new stuff coming out.

There are tons of fish/coral/inverts for sale. much better selection than your typical LFS

you can enter the raffles to win top of the notch equipment.. MxReEfEr92 usually wins everything though.. EVERYTHING!

Bring a little bag if you don't want to end up like me, juggling 10 foam cups in my hands

Well, I haven't bought a tank yet so bringing anything living home is out of the question.
