Reef Crystals causing Cyano

What is your Magnesium at?

I had some cyano issues after a tank move, dosed Mg up to the proper level and it disappeared within a day.

After mixing my saltwater i notice that it wasnt clear, it looked a bit cloudy. Since my salt mix is clumping up in a bag, i assumed there were particles of salt that could not be dissolved. Could this hurt my tank?.
