Reef Flakes too coarse for a wrasse?

Title sums it up. I have Tropic Marin Reef Flakes as a substrate. Is this too coarse?

But in general, should be fine.

Hadn't really given much thought yet as to what specific wrasse as I'm still working out a stock list for the re-birth of my 75. My initial concern was the coarseness of the substrate and the burrowing behavior of wrasses.

If it's a fairy or flasher you have nothing to worry about

Right, that was to be my subtle point; not all wrasses require sand - it's a matter of genus.

Tagging on - what about for a Halichoeres? Are reef flakes too coarse for them?

My H. cosmetus has been in my tank with reeflakes for several months now. There do not seem to be any issues. It sleeps in the sand each night and has no wounds or abnormal abrasions as a result.
