This is a great poll and I hope you get some good insight. I'll post on the poll but wanted to explain my answer as well. I would be in the "no but would consider joining" CMAS camp and would definitely consider it in the future if it made sense. I was a member years ago, before three young active kids. However, my non-member status isn't due to anything that CMAS is or isn't doing well. The fact is, my life is crazy busy already (I know, we all are) and I probably wouldn't be as active as I'd like to be if I joined. Plus the wife would probably give me a little grief (subtely) about additional time on the hobby. She's great about it but, you all know what I mean if you have a wife that isn't quite as interested in any hobby that involves your time.
I think it would be helpful if anyone that replied that they are not joining right now would post their reasons for not joining. That is valuable information the club can work with going forward. Maybe I should look at the cost and reconsider joining just to support the club and not worry about my level of involvement so much.
Oh, and for the young CMAS guys, more ladies in the club! Kidding, well, maybe a just little serious.
