Would you share whom are you purchasing your livestock from? Do you QT your new fish before you put them in your display tank? If so, what is your protocol.

Thanks Dean. I purchase from a variety of sellers. Some online, some fellow Reefers & some LFS. I do not QT personally but I often have sellers that will QT for me.

As for corals I'm very careful to reduce my chances of pests entering my system. It's happened to me in the past & I do everything I can to ensure things are peat free. Everything gets dipped in Melafix, the. a close examination with magnifying loupes & the a removal of the frag plug. After that, straight into the frag tank or display.
