Reefsavvy's Ghost Overflow: Patent Pending?

Some time ago my friend shared his idea for an overflow which is very similar, I'll say little bit more advanced cause it can be used with both types of tanks, braced and rimless if I'm not wrong and he designed some kind of auto leveling ? I don't remember exactly so I'll ask him to share some info maybe it gonna help for someone who want to do DIY.

So you are now telling me that ReefSavvy will now be charging more in the future for this overflow box? If so that is down right crazy. No way is costs that much to make these overflows.

How do these compare to glas holes?\

I really want to wait for the ghost overflow and will but not if the price is going to be higher. They are already borderline overpriced IMO.

Synergy needs to dedicate a cnc or a line for this, so they can meet demand and hopefully reduce price. basically people want this, they will pay but they can't even keep up with orders.

Didn't your guy build you one? Tell him to go into mass production and then he can supply everyone.

Nope. Not if it's installed correctly. Even if it's not, they can create new teeth to adjust it up for a fee.

I thought they weren't building anything anymore though, how would they make new teeth? IMO they should have more than one outsource.
