Sorry guys wasnt home at all yesterday was in NJ all day. The temperature is around 74 i am slowly bringing that up. Salinity no is 1.023 just added some more.

More info about where you were yesterday, than what you actually did to the tank!
HOW MUCH salt did you add? Why are you SLOWLY bringing the temp up? Not gonna harm anything, crank those heaters up.
Are your pumps and skimmer running all the time now (they should be)? Also, how many gallons do you have in the sump and refugium?
That will help later on

OK here are some details yesterday i was at NJ like i said above visiting a long time friend that i haven't seen in a while. All the pumps are running all the time know. Skimmer is also running all the time know. I am bringing the Temp up slowly because my heater is down in the basement but i think i am going to get anthor one for the tank upstairs so i can bring the temp up a little faster and keep it stable. The sump has about 15-20 gallons in it and the refuge has about 19 or 20 in there. There is no sand or grass in the sump yet my uncle is going to trim some down for me when the salinity is right.

Sorry forgot to add that the salinty has not moved at all and i added about 4 cups of salt so i will check in anthor hour or so and then if it hasn't change then i will add a little more.

So you have approx. 130 gallons of water to raise the SG. That's a lot of water. Keep adding the salt in 4-5 cup increments until you get it up to around 1.025 ish.
When you say there is no "grass" in the sump, do you mean chaeto? I wouldn't be too concerned with getting that in there just yet. What would you want it to do? It typically thrives from taking nutrients out of the water column. You won't have any of that for while, so no rush on that.
How about the sand you are planning on using. Have you purchased that yet? Are you planning on a deep sand bed (4-6 inches?) or just enough to make it look nice?
Speaking of planning, just what do you plan on keeping in this tank anyway? You posted a lot about fish earlier on, do you want just a FOWLR tank? They are easier to maintain and take less equipment overall.

OK yea i am still raising the SG and yes i ment to say Chaeto sorry. I am planning on keeping a small sand bed to make it look nice and i have all the sand already. I am not sure what i want to keep yet i have things in mind but i am going out to dinner so i dont have the time to post everything in mind so i will reply when i get back

question for anyone what Kind of powerheads do u think i should use for my tank either

ReeftanGs6 - let's get to fish selection later. As for the powerheads, here's my suggestion.
Tunze - expensive, worth it.
Koralia - cheap, worth it.
If you have budget issues, you'd be better sticking with the koralias. If you want top-of-the-line, go with the tunzes. I've only had experience with the Koralia's, but that's because I have budget issues!
