Both the Flame and the Copperband both subcummed to their demise on Friday. I'm not having much luck with the fish.



Please note that Fed Ex has implemented a new policy (at least locally and from my info nationally) and will not deliver a standard overnight package until after lunch. (And my local driver has to pass my house twice everyday (between 9 and 10 am) and (between 2:45 -3:15 pm). So on future shipments please mark all my packages as HOLD at Fed Ex Destination for Pickup. I am only 15 minutes away from their terminal. There is no reason for me to wait 6 hours for my fish.

We apologize that the fish did not make it in your aquarium. At this time we will credit your customer file for the loss of the specimens.

Though we have not heard of an official policy of FedEx waiting to deliver standard overnight packages until after lunchtime, it is true that any priority overnight service shipments will be delivered first. This service is available in most areas for an additional fee.

We will be happy to have your customer file updated to reflect to have your orders held at the FedEx facility in your area if you could please contact us so we may verify the location you would like the order held for pick up.

My last Divers Den delivery(July 1) was standard overnight and arrived at 11am.

The driver told me he was sorry but that they (the drivers) just received instructions not to deliver any standard overnight packages before lunch. This means in my case, my driver passes my house twice (once at the start of the route and toward the end of his route)


This isnt much of a problem tho. I only live 15 minutes from their Concord NC terminal. So the standard overnight shipping will still work for me.
