The real miracle is people still buy the product. Google miracle mud assay and look at the contents, it is terrestrial soil, no evidence at all of oceanic origin in any of it.

Google miracle mud assay, two different independent assays were made on it, no evidence of oceanic origin. This information has been around since about 2005 or so. It is mostly quartz and has a larger than expected iron content which is why many people use it for a Seagrass substrate, the Seagrass can use the iron.
