Regal angel or Copperband?

I have been going back and forth on adding one of these to my tank. I know neither is easy. Which one would be :

1- more reef safe
2- hardier

I have a 150g mixed reef - sps, lps (mostly euphilia type stuff) and a couple of clams. Nothing particularly aggressive as far as fish.

Do both. I'd call them pretty similar with the Copperband probably being a little more reef safe. Be careful with your clams, the rest should be pretty safe.
