rejuv for small goni frag

Bought a tiny, cheap frag of a red goniopora about a year ago, and it did well until I lost it. Broke loose, fell behind rockwork, was found months later w/o any sort of polyp extension. Does anyone have any ideas of how to best go about bringing this little guy back? Is it even worth spot feeding without polyp extension? Thanks in advance

I take it that is still shows signs of life? I would first off attach it to some live rock with some gel super glue. Then I would put it in a semi shady area and slowly over a coarse of time bring it out to a better lit area so it can acclimate. I would see if you can feed it as well.
