I have a acropora frag with gha,the rest of my tank is algae free, what is the best way to remove it,I can only pich off the long ones.

Do a 50/50 dip with hydrogen peroxide to tank water. It works very well. It will fall off in a couple days. I did a few frags in my tank that had it. A Cali tort that had some RTN and a blast that was missing tissue due to a RBTa that moved over it. All were algae free within two days. I just dunked the affected area into the mixture for about 1 min and put it back into the tank. There are a few threads on here about it. Works very well Even on the ones I had that were not 100% healthy were not negatively affected by it.

I believe in the nano section of RC there is a thread going about what corals are more sensitive to it. That being said I did a Florida ricordea that did show a little stress for the first few days but in the end was ok. It worked for me on the few frags I tried and they were already in bad shape so my risk wasn't very high. Good luck hope you get it knocked out.

I tried the H2O2 thing and it does kill algae after a few days. However, in my experience, unless you correct your algae fueling nutrient issue(s), it will return.
