Thanks much! I love the orange spot and while I don't think one will kill your sps, you certainly will not see any of their polyps!

I call this one BubbaQue 's orphan. He had me snag it for him from a swap I was at in hopes it was a specific coral he was looking for. Turn's out it was not the coral he was looking for. He told me to wrap it up in a little basket and leave it on the door step a the local orphanage. Rather then do that, I have adopted it!

Bayer Complete Insect killer. Does a pretty good job. Though I have some tiny flatworms that I am trying to eradicate. Flatworm exit is killing most of them but a few survive and quickly multiply. So I am going to do a couple treatments a day or two apart and see if that does the trick.

This clam may just be the most difficult creature I have to get its true color to show on pictures. This still isn't quite right, but as close as I could get.

Gorgeous! How big is the clam? Is it a Squamosa or Maxima? What do you feed it?

I believe it is a Maxima, it is about 6" long. I don't really feed it directly, but I feed lots of frozen food, oyster feast, occasionally, benepets and reef roids. When I feed its a wide broadcast feeding so I am sure it gets lots of the small particles of food.

Its very high up in the frag tank directly under the middle of the Orphek Atlantik. It is probably getting 450+ par and seems to really be happy with that.

Tidal Gardens made an update video of the aquarium:

I just saw the whole video, the amount you dose is crazy. Kinda expected that with such a big tank but it’s still got that wow factor. I’ve got a question, do you have a favorite piece of coral in the tank right now?

Oh that is a good question. I have lots of favorites, lol. The corals I look at first each morning are the baby heliofungia and the Princess Peach acro. I also look at the Glow Stick and a strawberry short cake.....and many many more.

Not a great picture, but the best one I have of the Midas Blenny. IMO everyone should consider having a Midas Blenny, such a great and inquisitive personality!
