replacement parts

If an order is placed on Tunze USAs website, how long does it usually take for parts to be shipped? I recieved a conformation email for the order but, I haven't heard or seen anything since then.

Just wondering if an email is sent confirming that the order is shipped or if they just mail out the order?

Need replacement 5017 asap

Hi Roger:

Could you tell me approximately how long it would take to receive a Controller 5017 if I ordered it from the Tunze USA website? I am getting the "LED too high" and "LED too low" flashing simultaneously problem (as described on page 45 of the manual that came with the unit). I am leaving on vacation at the end of the month and so I need a replacement asap. I tried to order a full Osmolator 3155, but it looks like they are sold out everywhere online. Thanks.

I have the 5017 in stock, I could ship Monday if you placed an order today, there is a remote possibility I could work it in to tomorrows ship outs.
