replacing my PC actinic with LED?

I've got to replace my 2, 65w actinic bulbs over my 90g. I was thinking would now be a good time to consider swapping out this set of PC lights and replace with a set of "blue" LED lights? I guess I would need the equivalent of about 130 watts?

I'm new to the LED/moon light thing.
