Return pump for a 150 gal with single overflow

i have a 150gallon long with 1 corner overflow with 1" drain and 3/4" return.

What pump and what type of GPH would be recommended for this setup?

sorry. i for got to mention, i am looking for an internal pump. my new sump is not drilled!

eheim 1262...no hesitation.

oh...

this will give you 6x turnover given zero head pressure...but will likely be about 5'ish. perfect turnover number.
