So Rev, what made ya go with the lumen max elites? Im bout to rebuild the canopy on my 300 and I have 4 Lumen Brite and also bought one Lumen Max Elite, cant make my mind up which to use.

Well plumbing is done, did a leak check and drained the water.

I added the sand last night, and am going to start and maybe finish aquascaping tonight. Then I will finish wiring up the hood and the equipment tomorrow.

Great thread, i love the tank. A few questions for ya, what are you thinking of doing for a sump? i didn't see anything about it on the thread so i'm just curiouse (i may have missed it), and I'm looking at MH reflectors and i was wondering what you think of the lumen max u got do they throw light nicely?
