Ric turned inside out?

I have 3 close together and everyday when I come home one of them looks like it has turned inside out. These rics are a little high in the tank under 250W MH so I'm thinking it might be too much light? Up until a month ago they were under PC lighting and never did this. Any ideas? Sorry no pics at this time.

more than likely yes its the new lighting. did you acclimate them to the new lighting?
