While I have been keeping yuma and discoma, these Florida seems so much smaller.

Question:

What can I do to may it grow really fast?

Feeding it will increase both growth and reproduction. Anything small and meaty will work. :)

How abt lights? Does the color do a part?

Better lighting will provide it with more usuable energy for growth. A lower rated kelvin bulb (more white than blue) puts out more PAR.

Florida ricordia don't grow fast.. period. Regular feeding of meaty foods will stilulate it to grow & split.

keckles.....I am running 250 watt 20K MH bulbs....is this too much for Florida Ricordias.....?

Florida Ricordia are collected in between 15-30 feet of water. Florida Rics love bright light. If they were in a tank with pc's acclimate them to the new light slowly.

Mine are at the bottom of a 90g tank with 250w 20k de mh lights. They're happy growing between my frogspawns.
