jbanks--Your tank is awesome as well. Also Altikesimoglu stated in his post earlier that the livestock was transferred from his 250g.

I'm seriously considering joining the rimless club. Before I take the plunge I have to decide whether to go with the standard plate glass or with "Starfire" glass.
The configuration I'm considering is 40"w x 28"d x 24"h. It will require 3/4" glass.
For those of you with rimless tanks made with 3/4" standard plate glass, I wish to ask one question. Are you pleased with the standard glass .. or do you find the thickness of the glass makes it appear too "green"?
Thanks in advance ...

That picture is only a comparison of starphire (lower iron glass and regular glass) my new GC rimless I got last weekend has a starphire front. TBH there isnt much differance unless its against a white wall. Once there is water in it and light shining through you wont hardly notice the differance.
BTW mine is 3/4" glass and only the edges look green the rest is just fine.

It's my understanding that Starphire scratches easier than standard glass. For those of you that have it, is that the case?
