Rimless Aquarium Club

These are all so beautiful. I decided I want a rimless cube. I want either a 18" cube or maybe slightly larger. I don't want to build a sump so how can I keep the clean look of a rimless and not have a sump? What filtration would I use? Does anyone know a company that has, or would build a rimless cube with compartments in the back like
NUVO Aquarium - Micro 30

I am assuming the appeal of rimless is the look without a canopy but i am thinking about putting on my deep blue 60 cube rimless. That is ok right? I should have no issues sitting a canopy of top? I do not like how it looks to put a screen on top of the tank and figure the canopy is going to look much better. Thoughts?

Why not just get a normal tank then.

I want to figure out some way to net the top but without losing the pleasing look of the rimless. I was thinking of somehow hanging hooks on the inside and then spacing out netting that way. Any ideas or links to people doing things like this with Rimless tops?

Just pick your fish carefully (Compatibility) and there is no need for a top. I have been keeping topless tanks for man years and have only had one jumper. The reason that fish jumped was a fish was chasing him and I couldn't get the culprit out in time.

Currently I have a Christmas Wrasse, Leopard wrasse, Fairy Wrasse, Seaweed Goby, Diamond Goby and Midas Blenny and none have jumped. Through the years I have kept many fish considered jumpers and have only had one jump. Watch compatibility closely and they shouldn't jump.

Well here is my list so far, i only have two bangai cardinals and two cleaner shrimp but i will be adding:

Clown Goby
Possible Diamond Goby
Equisite Wrasse
Maybe some blue chromis
Two black and white clowns (last fish i will add)
Maybe a Blenny
Maybe a dotty back or basslet of some sort.
Flame Angel possibly.

Still working on my list. Suggestions are welcome.
