Riterri Anemone

I found a riterri at a LFS yesterday. The owner says it is tanked raised and was brought in by a customer. Actually, it is 5 anemones, each is 6 inches all attached to one rock and he is selling all 5 together for $80 a pop. The problem is, I've read my 150 is too small and any tube /PC/fluorescent lighting will be inadequate. I have the ATI PM 60Wx8.
Any opinions on this one?
Anyone have one?
Does anyone have this in a tank with corals?

Are you sure they are H. Magnificas? I say this because while it is possible to clone them it is not by any means common for this species and there are many color varieties of bubble tip anemones that can look very similar.

If they are in fact H. magnifica anemones then their being tank raised would make things much easier for you. a 150 gallon tank would be fine for one but you would not have the light for them. You would need metal halide or an excellent t-5 fixture.

I thought the ATI powermodules are great lights but not sure if good enough.
The LFS owner wasn't 100% sure but he says the anemone's characteristics didn't match up with any other type of nem. How could anyone know for sure?

Here is the pix (hopefully)

Need better close up picture. I cannot tell anything from the one you posted. Higher resolution picture would help. Pictures we can post on RC is essentially worthless due to the max size requirement (too small)

This is a better picture from your gallery (For ID purposes). It is a very beautiful BTA (E. quadricolor), but not a Ritteri (H. magnifica)

Yes that one looks like all my other bta's. Very nice, and alot easier to care for than the mag.
Thats a little steep for green BTA's. Might want to see if he will lower the price a bit. Usually go for $35-40 locally to me.

Thank you, that's what I thought because it split so often and the guy who brought it in said it was all over his tank.

Okay, OrionN, how did you do what you did with the picture?

If you "quote" in reply to my message, than you can see the code needed for the picture to show.
