Need to make room in one of my tanks, so I'm putting one of my Ritteri anemones up for sale. It's well estabished and has been in my tank for over a year.

Approximately 9" when fully expanded:

It's the natural host for both percula and ocellaris and I will guarantee with 99% accuracy that clowns of either species will be hosted by the anemone within minutes of adding it to your tank.

This anemone is for experienced reefers only. It needs high flow and lots of light. Rather than sell the anemone to the first person who responds, it will go to the person who I feel will provide it with the best home.

$125 firm. Pick up in Alameda. Sorry, no meet-ups.

Still available and it's now over 10" when fully expanded. I had a lot of interest but no one ever came by to pick it up.

Price drop to $100 so I can get the space back.

If I can't safely remove it from the rock it's attached to, it'll come with the rock.

I wish I can make room. Will it moves?

It will only move if it's not happy with flow or it doesn't get enough light. Once in a location it likes it never moves. I've had it over a year and it hasn't moved at all.

Beautiful specimen. I love mine and the perculas that live and breed in it. Like yours, he never moves from his happy place. Great price for a healthy, well established mag. GLWS

I miss my XL gig but I sold it for the same reason you are selling your mag. The rock my gig was attached to was massive especially for my 42 gallon tank. GLWS!

Thanks -- I've grown quite attached to it, but my focus is on S. gigantea. with 4 in my collection, I need space to spread them out.

When it comes to gigs, if they get too big it means it's time to upgrade to a larger thank. LOL

for sure! gotta keep things entertaining! d and i go way back!

For those that are taking it serious...no we aren't really bashing each other...

LOL.. no we're not. Just having fun.

I will take responsibility for the green gig. But not the dead haddoni or the bleached mertensii that couldn't eat.

Put me in line for one of the Shibas too.
