Do you have anyway to mount the pump solid? My RO is mounted to a sheat of plywood on the basement wall. When I first added a booster pump I put 2 screws in top 2 holes of pump onto the plywood and it drove me nuts. Added screws to bottom 2 holes and no more noise.

I had it mounted on the wall directly to a stud and also stacked on some bricks on a concrete floor. I even put a rubber pad underneath in both mountings to absorb the vibration with no luck. I used all four screws on the wall mouting and still had the vibration.
If you mean between the copper pipe and booster pump, and between the booster pump and RO unit, that is what I have done. The stiffer polyethelene line caused more vibration than the less rigid tubing did.
