I need to learn how to work this darn camera. My wife took my other one, so I went and got this new one today. As for the red stag, I got it from Clint C in napa.

Wow, those shots are simply AMAZING. You got that off a point and shoot?! I really need to check out that camera - my EOS Canon does not even compare with those kind of pics.

How were the LFS prices for all that eye candy?

Mike- I have the canaon power shot 900. Great camera, 10MP, all the goodies including a aquarium mode. I saw J's photos and I could not resist.

The prices were great. 65-80 for mini colonies. LE prices are pretty much set, but since I got so many and was down there before, I was able to get some sweet deals.
I will have some frags here real soon. There was a 5" colony of yellow tenius with purple tips that we picked up. I broke the colony up and it turned out to be 10 frags. I am waiting to see what it does. My tank is too full because I am holding some for Jordan as well.

BTW- The minefield is from YR. A very underated piece until its in your tank

Great shots! Jordan, try doing actinic shots with a yellow(02) filter. It brings out all the fluorescent reflections. Makes your corals look like a poster from the 70's.

would you be willing to sell the frags for like $5 each and have a sps growing challenge like the southern cal reefers? i think that'd be fun to see how it looks in various tanks and people would have to post pics of it. no real prizes or anything but just for grins.

Tom, it was good to run into you as well. The minefield is one a lot of people look over, but I do like the way it looks in my tank. I guess that is all that matters.

I will keep you on the list for the yellow tenius contest. Lets see what is does in my tank first. If it doesn't bleach out, then we're on.
