rob's 215 gallon build

ok soooo its been about a month since i sset up the 215, i have only like 10-15 pics, of the inbetween and the chaos that took place while seting up the tank!, or i guess just the crazyness, nothing died....thankfully! cept a 6line wrasse that jumped out of a holding bin while transfering the fish....which kinda sucks, but i will live! lol.

lets start with the cludder that i made the living room into

here is a 50 gallon tank that i bought a while ago and its been set up for a while, i am adding all that stuff to my new tank, then moving that 50 gallon tank to my room upstairs, and making it to a FO tank

mixing some water.....the difference was only like 50 gallons i think......with the 50 gallon tank i used also, and the loss of water, and the 150 pounds of liverock that i didnt use and such....

i am using 3-4 small deep sand beds, instead of one big one, so that when it goes bad i can replace it one at a time so that the tank doesn't crash.......

about 24 hours or more later.....with out sleep......this is where the tank was at:

believe me it was the biggest PITA bringing all the water and rock up and down the stairs.....my muscles and back was sssooo sore....

i still need to put molding on the canopy so that the top doesnt look bad! and on the stand for the bottom, and some to cover up the black part of the trim on the tank.
