It looks like it's stretching for light and bleached. I would say your lighting is insufficient to keep corals/photosynthetic invertebrates.

Please give us a detailed list of your equipment and we can go from there.

What type of fixture?

IMO you need a minimum of 4 bulbs over a 55g, with decent ballasts/reflectors and good bulbs. Rock flower anemones don't need really high par levels but the light fixture you're currently using is not good enough.

edit:

be sure to read this thoroughly, you can also post in the new to the hobby section for all the help you would ever need setting up your tank correctly for ALL animals you intend to keep in your aquarium.

My rock flowers moved to the top of the tank when my lights were too low. I would give it some time and see what it does. It'll move if it's unhappy and hopefully the colors will come back. I feed mine krill and Mysis and they have grown quickly.

Not to mention that it was given to me that color I did not buy it it was attached to a very small rock along with a smaller rock nem and once it got put in tank it decided to get off of the little rock

Your BTA is probably going to move. That attachment spot is not the kind of place they like for any length of time. They like to have their foot attached in a cave or hole in the live rock. What are your water parameters including temp, nitrates, specific gravity, etc.? Make sure the powerheads are covered to prevent the BTA from getting sucked in.

I have been raising it by buying water from LFS and it is slowly starting to come up before I got the nems it was 1.020 and going to get some lights this weekend

Thanks Ashley for the water parameters, temp and nitrate looks fine. Glad you're bringing the specific gravity up toward natural seawater (1.026). Best luck to you with your anemones.
