Hi everyone, I did a little reading and found out that coco worms filter very fine particles from the water to eat. most recommend phytoplankton for keeping them alive and healthy.
I was wondering if Rod's Food contains the necessary ingredients to keep coco worms healthy. I emailed the company mid-last week to get their opinion, but have not heard back from them yet.
Ingredients include:
Shrimp, Scallop, Oyster, Clam, Squid, Octopus, Perch, Green Nori (porphyra sp), Red unroasted nori (porphyra sp) Mysis, Krill, Pacific plankton (Euphausia sp.) Brine shrimp, Frozen red cyclops, Fish eggs, Oyster eggs, Golden pearls (all sizes), Broccoli, carrot, Garlic, Selco, Astaxanthin (Haematococcus pluvialis), Beta-meal (Dunalliella Salina), Freshly harvested rotifers, freshly hatched baby brine shrimp.
Edit to add - meant to post this in the Reef Discussion board - oops. However, since its here, what does Tampa Bay think?
