Roger I need a part and the website isn't working

Roger,

I need a part and the website isn't working (at least not for me). I had sent in one of my streams to be repaired about 2 weeks ago (thank you for fixing it) and had a note in the box that I needed another Cable 1,2m Multicontroller 7092.300 because I dropped one end of the last one in the tank by accident and the metal pins pretty much melted (and took a couple of my corals with it) . I was going to send you a check or CC number or whatever you needed so that I could have the cable when the pump arrived back. I guess you didn't read the note or thought my request was ridiculous or something but the cable wasn't in the box nor did I get a pm from you before the pump was shipped back to me.

I have since been trying to order one from the tunze.com website and it isn't working for me. I have tried using safari and I have tried using firefox and neither browser will allow me to check out after I have the part in my shopping cart.

If you could help me out here I would appreciate it. I need to get this pump running again.

You can usually pick up a cable locally at radio shack as well. It is a standard MIDI cable

Sorry Chris, I tried to PM you as there was no other contact info on the note and I got a message back that your PM box was full. I waited a couple days and then just decided to send the repair and wait to hear from you. My advise was the same as Shawn's, just buy one at Radio Shack.
