Hi roger ,could you please help I have a tunze that is about 2year old . i need it fixed as the impeller assembly has froze up it didnt do any special tricks just froze Thanks for reply!and contact info

This is usually due to calcium build up if the impellor assembly can be removed, try soaking in vinegar overnight if the impellor is locked in the motor block it may take longer.
Worst case the drive shaft can be drilled out pretty tricky but Roger has done it.
