rose anemone light acclimation ques

Just got my first anemone today my ques is whats the best way to acclimate it to my lights. I have 2 aquaray led light strips unfortunately I dont have a dimmer yet currently I have 1 strip come in at 1230 pm and the 2nd on at 2pm then then off at 930pm then the 1st strip off at 10 30pm...should I just run 1 strip for a few days so the anemone can adjust ? They were under very intense lighting at the fish shop

It should be fine. BTAs grow in very shallow water and can handle a lot of light. It will find it's own comfort zone for light and flow. Just be sure it can't shred itself in a power head.

Is it normal for them to deflate some? 16 hrs after putting it in the tank the tentacles are thinner and its shriveled up some
