Rose Bubble Tip not Extending

Hi folks,
I'm new to this and not sure about what I have going on. This Rose Tip has not gone beyond the point to extend. Been in tank for 5 wks. Eats fine on Silverside (mouth is closed) and seems to be growing but does not extend. Would a higher flow area be better for him?

75gal tank on started 8/11/17
BRS Pukani(70 lbs)
Caribsea Aragonite sand
Red Sea Coral Pro Salt
Octo1000 HOB skimmer
Aquaflow 110 with Chemi-pure Blueand Poly filter
2 Starfire led lights (with 3 channels)
RODI water

Going to try and relocate him up and to the left to separate from the larger Nem. He really likes his place though, hasn't moved. Will try to cover him and see if he will move. He is really attached into the crevice he's in.
What do I use if he doesn't move?

You can't tell an anenome where to stay. It will not if its not happy.
Just leave them alone and let them work it out...they will not stay where they are not happy.
Remember, feed no more than once per week, let light feed him most....

Are the pics of the same Anemone as the top pick doesn't look like a BTA to me?

They are both in the same spot I put them originally. I didn't realize the Condy was so big when I put him there, course he is growing. Being new at this, I now realize a need to plan for the future! LOL I wish the BTA would move to the left and up a little so they aren't so close to each other. Is there a chance the Condy will sting the BTA? The BTA is really growing fast the past 2 weeks.
Also, would the Condy be a good host for Clown fish?

They should be ok touching each other. If you do see a problem then move one.

Some clowns have been able to host condys. I have also read rare cases where the condy would eat the clown. That may be due to the fish not being use to the stronger sting.
