i bought my new rose at about the size of a penny. ive had him bout a month now and since then all has been well. every day the tentacles have been bubbled. today i noticed him switch to the other side of the rock, hiding underneath my rock work, getting no light, and he was completely sucked in. i moved him out and since then his tents have came out, but it looks like stringy stuff is coming out where the overlap of his foot, tents are when he is sucked in. its not coming out of the mouth, his mouth looks good. if the tents arent retracted, then his mouth is exposed, but it looks good. when his mouth is exposed, the tentacles are all the way to th edges. its been a few days since i directly fed him. i dont know if he got scratched up from the flow and being underneath the rock. it is very possible he got scraped by some rubble on my sandbed. would this explain the stringy stuff coming out his side?
