No. I meant BioClean... but I notice that BioDigest is what I searched to find it.

so is siporax kind of like those blocks (the name escapes me now) that you put in your sump that have a ton of surface area, they remind me of loofa stones.

Do you have to have it in a reactor or can it be used passively?

Advice is that it performs better under very low flow without oxygen because science.

Lol, to answer your question my first batch was put in s reactor I wasn't using and still there. I added a few more liters that are just thrown in the sump.

There's a long thread in the sps forum but basically it's best run in s reactor at a certain flow rate. That said nothing wrong with running it passively.

I run 1 ltr passive on 2 mesh bags. No issues so far, and if i remember correctly so does biggles and we have all seen his tank.

Everywhere I looked prices were terrible. I bought two liter on Amazon for about 55$ with shipping

Yea amazon is pretty much the best place. You could do matrix instead. Its cheaper
