Royal Exclusive Bubble King Impeller broken

My Bubble King skimmer's impeller attachment broke off. Who should I contact regarding warranty on Red Dragon pumps?

Any suggestion on How I could go about with this?

If you got it from Premium. I am sure they will have a replacement to you lickety split. Or you could go direct to proline. They are the US distributors.

Oh wow how did ya break it?

There was no reason, my skimmer was not pumping water, I thought it was power. Then I opened the front nozzel & felt the impeller lose. I opened the pump & found it was broken. There was nothing I did nor anything was stuck in the impeller to cause this to snap.

Proline and PA is top notch I would not worry.

I recieved 2 new assemblies when I broke one on my skimmer from proline through your dealer. No charge, might I add.

BTW: Jermey I sent you an Email, can you please help me with this, I have a small old skimmer on my 350G setup & doing twice weekly water changes which is certainly not helping me.
