rusted shaft on nanostream

I have a rusted shaft on my 6025 nano stream is this common and how do i go about getting this fixed!?

Send me the pump and we will replace the motor as the shaft is part of the motor and not replaceable seperately. This problem happened on older nanos, we since changed suppliers and the stainless steel is a better grade now.

I don't have a problem sending you the pump but would like you to ship me a new one first so i don't have to go with out flow in that tank... also please include a shipping label as I all ready have paid for shipping on these pumps you replace one earlier on for me but I can not recall what was wrong with it at that time. send me a pm for my address.
