I have a sabae and he eats when I can get him back to the front of the tank . He just floats around the tank. now he turns upside down. I turn him right side up and he is okay.
A nem that won't anchor is generally floating around looking for a better place to live.

Lighting specs...be specific!
Other tank inhabitants.
Length of time since tank completed its initial cycle.
