Sorry about the funny title, but my male sea
Horse seems to swell up like a ballon while chasing the female around the tank, then deflate as he pleases, he swims normally and shows no signs of distress is this normal behaviour? I can't seem to find any answers, I know this is the place to find them, thanks in advance.

Completely normal for a male that is courting.
He is just showing the female that he is ready, able and willing.

Yep just a way to show the female how big his pouch is. and that it is ready for eggs.
