Salfert magnesium Test Question

Just using the Salfert mag test for the first time, The color change from Pink to blue/grey happened when the black tip of the syringe was at ,13 or three lines below ,1 on the syringe. So the table says mag is about 1300 in the tank. Do I have it right?
