Salifert CAL test

Im confused on how to read test. I started with the syringe tip at 1.00ml and ended at .28.

Is the reading based on how much CA-3 reagent was used?
Or is the reading of where the syringe ends up?

You look at where the syringe ends at, which you say is .28, then on the chart find .28 and you'll find the proper CAL level.

...also be sure to read the upper end of the black piston. .28 would be a Ca reading of 360 ppm
