I put the extended tip on the 1ml syringe. I then suck out mg-3 into it but because there is an air bubble there I bring up the black suction part to the 1ml mark. I then start dripping, and I realize there is 1ml in there but the reading of how much is left isnt accurate because the air bubble is it?

Their is always 1-2ml of air in it. Make sure that when you suck up the solution, you shot it out back in the solution and then suck it back up so their isn't any extra air bubbles.

According to the instructions, the air layer between the tip and the piston will not influence the result.
