You should be able to buy a syringe at walgreens or CVS. I'm a pharmaceutical development scientist and can tell you that the salifert syringes are actually of high med grade quality and from a reputable manufacturer. They were just never really designed for repeated use.
If you get a new one, its important to get a 1 mL syringe. Anything larger wont have the precision needed for titration (i.e. not enough markings for precise measurement at the end-point).
