Salinity

Currently my salinity is lower than I would like.Through taking water for testing and other removals the water has gotton to about 1.022.
When I do my WC I always match the salinity of the new water with the water in the tank.
Can I just add water with a slightly higher salinity over the next few water changes to get it back to 1.026?
The alternative would be to pull some water out and add water with a real high concentration of salts..that sounds too drastic.

yes you can do it that way or when you top off your tank add salt water to the tank instead of fresh

Hey John,You could use saltwater as your top off until you get it back up where it belongs.

Ahh excellent guys thats what Ill do.That sounds better than dumping 10 gallons of 1.025 water in at one time.

Well I picked up a refractometer today.The reading is the same as my floating hydrometer but alot easier to read.
Im beginning to top off with salt water to get back up to 1.025.
