Those of you who own PAR meters and have SPS with good deep colour, can you please post PAR numbers of various SPS in your reef tank. I know that many people say T5's causes pale colours, but, I have seen and know of many examples of T5 tanks with deep coral colours. So for the purposes of this thread, I'd like to see PAR numbers that some of your SPS are receiving.Eg, I dont need a photo of your tank, just something like (photos would be nice though)Pink Birdnest - 200Blue Tort - 350ORA Bird of Prey - 160ORA Joe - 350Those are actual numbers of a sample of SPS in my tank. I have a custom modded ATI Sunpower with 5x24watt T5 and 24Cree LEDs. The PAR was too high in my tank and alot of my SPS lightened up. I am now running my LED's at 350mA instead of 700mA. The PAR numbers used to be alot higher.I am trying to gauge just how much PAR is thrown at various SPS and deep colour is maintained.Many thanks.
