I couldn't be more excited, I'm getting in some eye candy today! Super Duper excited about my new torch coral especially. I figured I'd show you guys whats on the way right now, and I feel like a kid on Christmas eve. I've never had a torch like this, anyone have one?? Anything funny about it? Also getting a couple hammer walls. :dance:

I have one like that. It seems to like higher lighting so once acclimated to yours, you may want to keep it up towards the top. Congrats on the new additions!

I'll keep that in mind, I have a perfect spot on the top for it, I'll move it up there when it seems to be settled in. Does yours have a good feeding response?

I got it from the Golden Basket, just couldn't stand to not have it. I hope it looks as good in my tank as in the picture!

Golden basket is a good seller and I have found their pics to be pretty representative of the actual peices they ship.

My torches never seem to have the same feeding response as other euphyllia that I have had but yes they do grab hold...

How pretty! Thanks for sharing! I got everything acclimated and in the tank over about an hour period or so. The torch is already expanding, and the smaller hammer wall has started expanding,too. The green and purple wall hasn't even begun to come out... Its making me nervous.

I can see some tissue recession on a part of it, but I'm not sure if its just from the stress of shipping or not. I'm hoping today will be the day he decides to come out. Hopefully he's going to be ok, but I can't believe he hasn't started fluffing up at all. :worried:

The other hammer wall looks totally different in person, the tips are actually golden, and a neon peach color under actinics alone, with almost a neon teal around the mouth. If the green and purple wall comes out, I'll be a happy camper!
