I talked w/ USF, they are going to get back to me w/ regard to availability and cost, if any. I told them the 1st Saturday, since TBRC is usually the 2nd and SWFMAS is the 3rd.

OK aw-some well if we started next month the 3RD will be on a Saturday and its also a holiday weekend and I'm sure lots of us already have plans I know I do. So with that in mind should we wait till the first Saturday in august ? right now where is irrelevant we need a when ...I say the sooner the better the longer we talk about it the less everyone will be interested.The first meeting is going to be a meet and greet anyway and to talk about future club business. suggestions????

I received a form to be filled out for requesting the use of a room as the USF Sarasota campus; is there a remaining officer of ACROS that should be filling it out, or is it OK if I do it? Does the club already have non-profit status from before, or is that something that will still need to be applied for? Also, does the club have a tax-exempt certificate?

Well I just got off the phone with Mote and they are not interested in hosting any meetings at this time. so we shall move on they did suggest that we conatact selby library which is a good idea seeing how they have rooms as well and they are a county facility.

I requested a room from USF for Aug-Sept-Oct, waiting to hear the final answer. Does anyone know if the club has/had any sponsors, local stores? I'll talk to Ray/James at Coral Connection, but I don't think they have any room where we could meet, but I'll check. I think 6/26 works for us too, just a matter of where...

please dont make comments like that. She is making an effort to find us a place to hold meetings that aren't in someones house or at another public function ie: the drum circle.. maybe you can volunteer your home to the group...
