fyi, turned the room request in on 6/9, received an email back "request form was sent to Campus Advancement for approval", haven't heard anything yet.

OK, so when I emailed to see if they knew when they would be looking at the application, she said, "oh, I just looked at it, and the campus closes at 4 on Saturdays". So, the club won't be meeting at USF, sorry.

Two other options that our club looked into were community centers and libraries. We did hold one meeting at a community center (before we hooked up with the Imaginarium). Cost was only $25.

I know the Sarasota library system has meeting rooms. we could try the one east of 75 on fruitville it has easy interstate access and ample parking. I'm sorry I haven't been able to do more lately but I have been extremely busy.
