Too many times you only hear only about bad experiences with a retail/online store so let me share my experience with premium aquatics with you.

I was int the market for a bubble king mini skimmer for my 90 gal tank and was trying to get info from many online stores. There were online stores without address or phone numbers which made me nervous to purchase from them. Then I came upon premium aquatics which i must say have an awesome feature on their site where you can chat live with one of their employees and can ask anything and get an instant answer. Then the fact that they are associated with Reef Central eased my fears to order from them.
I bought a bubbleking mini 200 from premium aquatics and got a tracking number from them within a day. The skimmer showed up at my front door packed where not even a H2 Hummer could damage it had it had rolled over the box.
I'm pleased to say I am quite happy with their service and prices and I'm sure to do business with them again. And as far as the bubble king? That is one awesome skimmer:D :D

Well all of my transactions with Premium Aquatics have been excellent and more importantly painless. When I order from a vendor, I simply want to get what I order approximately when it is supposed to arrive. In a perfect world there would be no hassles. So, for me, they are a good vendor.
 
I've ordered for many years and every single order has been great, except one. Ordered a pair of bluestripe clowns, but received two stripe clarkii variety. They offered to have them shipped back but it was the day before thanksgiving and I have never shipped fish.
 
I've always had great luck with them.. If they sell what I'm looking for I buy it from them period..Just yesterday my Dart pump crapped out on me after 2+ years.. I couldnt find my invoice where I bought it.. Called Premium Aquatics up to see if they might still have it on file.. Sure enough faxed it right over.. Now only if sequence was as easy to get ahold of lol.. Its impossible for a store to get EVERY single order right.. The fact is PA does most of the time and if not they are easy to reach and always seem to try to make it right if there is a problem.
 
i too have ordered from premium aquatics often over the years and other than the kaelini live rock i rec'd in feb i've been 100% pleased with them. their service is amazing as they always ship within a day of the order being placed. you can't go wrong ordering from them.
